How do I choose the right size light fixture for my room?
A general rule of thumb is to add the length and width of your room in feet; the sum in inches should be the approximate diameter of your fixture. For dining tables, we recommend a light that is 6 to 12 inches narrower than the table itself.
Are your lamps and pendants compatible with LED bulbs?
Yes, all our fixtures are compatible with LED bulbs. We recommend using high-quality LED bulbs for energy efficiency and to ensure the longevity of the internal components.
What is your shipping policy for fragile glass items?
We take extra care with our packaging, using reinforced boxes and custom-fit protective foam. All orders are shipped via specialized couriers and are fully insured against breakage during transit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental US, Canada, and the UK. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
What is your return policy if the style doesn't fit my decor?
We offer a 30-day 'Change of Mind' return policy. If the item is in its original packaging and has not been installed, you can return it for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Can your pendant lights be dimmed?
Most of our hardwired fixtures are dimmable, provided you use a compatible dimmable bulb and a wall-mounted dimmer switch. Please check the specific product specifications for confirmation.
