We want you to love your new glow, but if your lighting choice isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure all fixtures have not been installed or wired to remain eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the lamp or fixture in its original box with all protective foam and hardware to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
